This is perhaps the most inane organizational tip I've seen. Achieve "inbox zero" by being rude, brusque, and inattentive. He may as well say treat each email as a text message, and respond accordingly. Which is nice if you're not a support person dealing with highly technical issues that can't be explained in one or two lines.

When you are a United States senator running for re-election who has to apologize for saying your nominee for president is a role model for children, things may be going subpar for you.

The one of the best places for political comedy is Twitter, where Trump and his supporters have conversations in a parallel, parody universe.

Had I not decided to take a nap, I would have watched Stephen Colbert's Live Kitten Focus Group of the vice presidential debates via livestream on Facebook. But I had to get the dopamine levels back up.
